At YouqiHome, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date you receive the item. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Return Shipping Cost

Change of Mind Returns (change of mind, wrong size, color preference, etc.):
You are responsible for the return shipping fees.
Important: Since all products are shipped from China, international return shipping can be expensive. We do not offer free return shipping.

Defective or Damaged Items (our responsibility):
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund (including original shipping fee).

Return & Exchange Process

1. Contact us before returning or exchanging any item.
2. We will review your request and provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
3. Please clearly write your order number on the package.
4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fee ($5) is non-refundable for change of mind returns.

Please consider sizing, color, and product details carefully before purchasing, as return shipping costs to China are the customer’s responsibility and can be high.
